Festive Cookies 'N' Mint Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. Miniature marshmallows
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 x Hershey's cookies 'n' mint Chocolate bar (7 ounce.) broken into piece s and divided
  • 1 c. Cool whipping cream divided
  • 1 x Packaged crumb crust (6 ounce.) Few drops green food color (optional)

Directions

  1. In medium microwave-safe bowl, place marshmallows and lowfat milk. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 1 minute or possibly till marshmallows are melted and mix is smooth when stirred.
  2. Cold completely.
  3. Meanwhile, in small microwave-safe bowl, place half of candy pcs and 2 Tbsp. whipping cream. Microwave at HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 min or possibly just till chocolate is melted when stirred; spread over bottom of crumb crust.
  4. In small bowl, beat remaining whipping cream till stiff; fold into marshmallow mix. Finely chop remaining candy bar pcs; fold into whipped cream mix with food color, if you like. Spread into crust over top of chocolate layer. Cover; chill till hard. Garnish as desired.
  5. Cover; chill leftover pie. 6 to 8servings.
