Ingredients
- 2 tsp yeast
- 2 c. bread flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 x egg
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. farmer's or possibly ricotta cheese

Directions
- Add in all the ingredients to the machine in the order listed. Choose either regular or possibly light crust ( depending on your preference ) and push " start ".
- NOTES : Notes from author: This is a favorite in our household. I like to serve it buttered, with lasagna.
