  • 1 c. coconut lowfat milk
  • 1 dsh of pepper

Directions

  1. Clean and scale fish. Place fish in a low baking dish. Cover with coconut lowfat milk. Bake in oven at 325 degrees till fish is cooked. Approximately 20 min.
  2. Serves 8-10.
