Eugene's Beef Bbq Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 lb roast - (to 4 lbs) any cut will do
- 2 c. ketchup
- 1 pkt Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 can classic Coke (Dr. Pepper will give it a more tangy taste)
Directions
- Mix ketchup, soup mix, coke. Pour over roast in crock. Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hrs. Meat will pull apart when done. Serve over buns with sauce on top.
