English Sausage Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage
- 1 jar (4 ounce) Old English cheese (room temperature)
- 1 stick butter, room temperature
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 5 English muffins
Directions
- Cook and drain sausage. Mix sausage, cheese, butter, red pepper and garlic pwdr together. Spread mix over English muffin halves. broil or possibly bake in hot oven till brown and bubbly. Can be frzn.
