English Muffin Canapes Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 x Green Onions, w/tops-sliced thin
- 1 tsp Capers, or possibly 2-3T picklerelish
- 1 1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 1 1/4 c. Nonfat Mayonnaise
- 4 x English Muffins, split&quartered
- 1 dsh Worcestershire Sauce, or possibly tobasco sauce
Directions
- Mix onions, capers, cheese and mayo. Spread on muffins and broil till delicately browned and bubbly. Can add in dash worchestershire or possibly tobasco sauce.
