Emma's Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 c. Flour
- 2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 3 c. Sugar
- 4 x Large eggs
- 2 c. Pumpkin, (1 [16 ounce]. can Libby's plain)
- 2/3 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 c. Oil
Directions
- Beat till smooth.
- Makes 2 big loaf pans or possibly 3 small ones. Grease and flour pans. Bake 1 hour at 350 .
