Ingredients
- 1 x Graham cracker ready crust
- 8 ounce Cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 1 pt Lowfat sour cream
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 8 ounce Cold Whip
- 1 c. Mini chocolate chips

Elfin Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Directions
- Beat cream cheese till smooth; gradually add in sugar. Blend in lowfat sour cream and vanilla. Mix in Cold Whip, blending well. Stir in mini chocolate chips. Spoon into crust. Refrigeratetill set, at least 4 hrs. Garnish as desired.
