Eggless Oatmeal Raisin Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 2/3 c. (1 1/3 sticks) butter softened
- 1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 c. uncooked quick oats
- Raisins or possibly nuts or possibly dates to suit taste
Directions
- Mix well. Chill. Roll into small balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake 9 min in 375 degree oven.
