Egg Nog Milkshake Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- Dash salt
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon rum extract (opt.)
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- Nutmeg (opt.)
Directions
- In blender or possibly small bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Mix till frothy. Top serving with scoop of ice cream. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
