Ingredients
- 1 x Recipe Cream Puff, see Recipe
- 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp Gelatin Pwdr, unflavored
- 2 c. Egg Nog
- 1 c. Whipping Cream Powdered Sugar, optional Chocolate Fudge Sauce, optional

Egg Nog Cream Puffs
Servings: 12
Directions
- Combine the cornstarch, sugar and gelatin in a glass or possibly enamel saucepan.
- Gradually stir in the egg nog. Blend till smooth before heating.
- Cook gently, stirring constantly, till mix thickens and boils. Cold, stirring mix frequently to prevent a "skin" from forming.
- When eggnog mix is cooled completely, beat it till smooth.
- Whip the cream till stiff and fold into egg nog mix.
- Fill 12 large cream puff shells. Top with a frosting of chocolate sauce and chill; or possibly chill and sift powdered sugar over just before serving.
