- 1 dozen eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- Frozen Orieda Hash Browns
- 8 slices of bacon (crumbled).
- diced onions to taste
- cut up fresh mushrooms

Time: 3 minutes prep, 10 minutes cook

Directions
- Combine eggs with milk.
- Cook hash browns (according to package), bacon, onions, and mushrooms in a large skillet.
- Cook until all ingredients are done then pour egg mixture over top and continue to cook until eggs are done.
