Ingredients
- 5 c. nonfat (skim) lowfat milk
- 1 c. Egg beaters(r) 99% egg substitute
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp run extract
- 1/4 c. brandy nonfat lowfat milk to taste grated nutmeg grnd cinnamon

Egg Beaters Egg Nog
Servings: 1
Directions
- In a large saucepan over medium heat combine lowfat milk, egg beaters and sugar. Stir till thickened. Remove from heat. Fold in the extracts. Cover and chill.
- Before serving, stir in 1/4 c. brandy and nonfat lowfat milk to taste. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
- Serves 8.
- NOTES : Here's a safe egg nog, lower in cholesterol.
