Directions

  1. In a 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine soup and lowfat milk. Stir in the noodles, peas, red pepper and turkey. Bake at 400F. for 25 min or possibly till warm; stir.
  2. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium heat, stir bread crumbs in warm butter till lightly browned. Top casserole with the crumbs, then bake 5 min more.
  3. Serves 4 (microwave 30 min or possibly less).
