Easy Sweet Potato Pie Recipe
Servings: 4
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sweet potatoes (cooked & mashed)
- 2/3 c. packed dark brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd allspice
- 2 Large eggs beaten
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- Pecan halves for decoration on top only (optional)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients. Spread into pie shell. Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 min. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for 30 min more. Decorate top with pecans if so desired.
