Easy Spice Cake Mix Oatmeal Raisin Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 x (18.25 oz) package spice cake mix
- 1 c. quick cooking oats
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. raisins
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease baking sheets.
- Combine cake mix, oats, Large eggs, and oil in large bowl. Beat at low speed with electric mixer till blended. Stir in raisins.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets. Bake for 7-9 min or possibly till lightly browned. Cold 1 minute on baking sheet.
