Ingredients
- Non-stick cooking spray
- 1/4 cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp cold butter, cut up
- 15 vanilla wafers, coarsely crushed (about 2/3 cup)
- 4 large bosc or anjou pears, peeled, sliced in 1/2" thick slices.
- 12 caramels
- 1 tbsp milk
- 3/4 cup thawed light whipped topping

Easy Pear Crisp
Time: 15 minutes prep, 45 minutes cook

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375ยบ F.
- Combine oats and sugar in a medium size bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in vanilla wafer crumbs.
- Place pears in a 1-1/2 quart casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with crumb mixture.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until pears are tender and topping is golden brown. Cool 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile microwave caramels and milk in a small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until caramels are completely melted, stirring after 1 minute.
- Drizzle with the caramel sauce just before serving; top with the whipped topping.
