Easy Peach Cobbler is the best thing ever that you can make with fresh peaches, which are abundant in this season. They are one of my favorite fruit and I love the feeling of refreshment given by chilled juicy and ripe peaches, perfect snack on a hot day. What is even better than the fruit itself is turning it into a yummy dessert. And no need to say that an easy peach cobbler is the best dessert you can make with these lovely summer fruit.

You may not feel like baking when it’s really hot, but imagine a piece of cobbler topped with a generous amount of vanilla ice cream. I prefer serving my cobbler warm to make a contrast with ice cream and everyone seems happy that way.

This will be the yummiest cobbler you’ve ever eaten as it is wonderfully crispy on the top and soft underside as that part absorbs some of the juice of peach slices at the bottom. You can never go wrong with this recipe, so run to the kitchen and prepare your oven for this incredibly easy peach cobbler recipe. Never think it twice!

Making a cobbler is never hard, but there are a few things we should remember. First, the sweetness of your cobbler depends on the peaches you use. If they are not sweet enough, sprinkle a little sugar on the peach slices. And when doing this, you can add a little cinnamon just to give it an extra flavor. It’s up to you to peel the peaches or not. I left the skin of some slices to have a nice color underneath the crust.

Also the peaches you use in cobbler shouldn’t be overripe as it’s hard to slice them and they are too juicy. Use them to make three colored Peach Pops. For a good cobbler, pick the ones that are firm enough. You end up with a too mushy cobbler if you use overripe peaches.

The batter you prepare for the top shouldn’t be too wet or thin, it’s almost like a cookie dough. You know cobbler might look very messy when served on a plate, but if you make the topping batter thick, you can even serve it in good slices just like a pie. I’m in love with the golden color of peaches under the crust on the plate. Oh my, this is so good. No matter how hot it is outside, I love it warm. It makes a wonderful breakfast the next morning as well.

If you are looking for an easy peach cobbler recipe, just give this one a try! It is as easy as making your coffee in the morning. I promise it will become your ultimate cobbler recipe for any fruit.
