  • 2 c. Fresh peach slices
  • 3 Tbsp. Powdered sweetener
  • 1 c. Flour
  • 3/4 c. Skim lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr

Directions

  1. Heat butter in a 1 1/2-quart. baking dish. Add in peaches to melted butter. Mix together the sweetener, flour, lowfat milk and baking pwdr. Pour over peaches but Don't STIR. Bake at 375 till golden.
  2. Serves 5 Exchange: 1bread, 1 fruit, 2 fats each 1/2 c serving
