  • 4-5 c. tortilla chips
  • 1 16-oz can refried beans
  • 1 c. chile con queso dip
  • 1/4 c. sliced green onions
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 c. shredded iceburg lettuce
  • 1/2 tsp freshly minced cilantro (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoons warm sauce (optional)

Directions

  1. Hot the chile con queso dip and refried beans.
  2. Spread the hot beans out over the chips on a serving platter. Optionally sprinkle warm sauce over the beans.
  3. Pour on the dip, cover with shredded lettuce, a daub of lowfat sour cream, and top with green onions and a sprinkle of cilantro. Submitted by: CM
