Easy Mexican Corn Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound bacon (fried) reserve grease
- 1 c. cornmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1/2 pound grated cheese
- 3/4 warm jalapeno pepper
Directions
- Mix together all ingredients in order given including reserved grease from bacon. Pour into 13 x 9 inch baking pan (greased). Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 min.
