Easy Mexicali Dinner Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 6 ounce. (3 c.) med. noodles, cooked & liquid removed
- 15 ounce. tomato sauce
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Brown meat and onion. Stir in all but 1 c. cheese. Put in 2 qt casserole. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
