Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 soda crackers
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 c. minced walnuts
- 1 (8 ounce.) carton whipping cream

Easy, Gotta Try Soda Cracker Pie
Servings: 6
Directions
- Beat egg whites till stiff. Fold in sugar, vanilla and baking pwdr. Mix in crushed soda crackers and nuts. Pour into lightly greased 9 inch pie pan and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 min or possibly till lightly browned. Let cold. Whip whipping cream till stiff and sweeten to taste. Top pie.
