  • 2 c. seedless grapes
  • 2 (11 ounce.) cans Mandarin orange segments, chilled & liquid removed
  • 2 (8 1/4 ounce.) cans pineapple chunks, chilled & liquid removed
  • 2 red apples, washed & sliced
  • 2 pears, sliced
  • 1 1/2 c. fruit salad yogurt dressing (below)
  • 8 lettuce leaves

Directions

  1. Mix fruits together. Pour dressing over fruits. Chill for about one hour. To serve, spoon 1/2 c. of fruit salad onto each lettuce leaf. Makes 8 servings.
