Ingredients

  • 2 c. croutons
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. 2% lowfat milk
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp onion pwdr

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spread croutons over the bottom of a 9-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  3. In a bowl, combine lowfat milk, Large eggs, salt, pepper and onion pwdr. Pour over cheese. Bake for 45 min, or possibly till center is set. Serve hot.
