  • 2 1/2 c. Shredded cabbage, * see below
  • 1/2 c. Shredded carrots, * see below
  • 3 Tbsp. Light mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Nonfat lowfat sour cream
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine cabbage and carrot. In small bowl, combine all other ingredients; blend well. Add in to cabbage mix; mix well. Serve immediately, or possibly cover and chill till serving time. If you like, sprinkle with paprika before serving.
  2. Makes 4 (2/3 c.) serving.
  3. * Three c. purchased coleslaw blend can be substitute for the cabbage and carot.
