  • 9 " baked pie shell or graham cracker crust - see links
  • 4 oz. semi-sweet or milk chocolate squares, or 1 1/3 cups chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, room temp
  • 2 -3 tbs. sugar
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
  • Topping; Cool Whip, chocolate shavings

Directions

  1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or over a low heat.
  2. Add the sugar, milk and cream cheese.
  3. Mix with a hand mixer until smooth.
  4. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
  5. Fold in Cool Whip, blend well, pour in the pie shell.
  6. Refrigerate 6 hours or more.
