Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 c. whole cashew nuts
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can liquid removed mushrooms
  • 2 c. chow mein noodles
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion or possibly green onion tops
  • 1 c. minced celery

Directions

  1. Drain tuna and break into pcs. Combine all except 1 c. noodles. Mix gently and put into casserole. Sprinkle remaining noodles on top. Bake at 375 degrees uncovered for 40 min. Serves 6.
