Easy Chicken (Or Turkey) Pot Pie Recipe

  • 2 cans cream of broccoli soup
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed thyme (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 c. cooked, cut up vegetables (you can also use the frzn vegetables, cooked)
  • 2 c. cooked, cubed chicken or possibly turkey
  • 1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls

Directions

  1. 1. Mix together the soup, lowfat milk, thyme, pepper (and salt if you like). Stir in cooked veggies and cubed chicken. Put this in 3 qt oblong baking dish.
  2. 2. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min or possibly till mix begins to bubble.
  3. 3. Remove from oven and arrange the crescent rolls on top and return to oven till they are golden.
