- I package Trader Joe’s frozen brown rice
- 1/3 bag Trader Joe’s frozen vegetable medley (of your choice)
- Protein: cooked chicken, pork, steak, tofu, or tempeh
- Chopped tomatoes, avocado
- Roasted seeds or nuts
- 1 poached, fried, or soft-boiled egg
- Sriracha mayonnaise: Best Foods mayo, Sriracha to your preference, minced garlic or garlic powder, squirt of lemon juice
- Tahini sauce: lemon juice, garlic, and yogurt whisked into tahini

Directions
- Microwave 1 cup frozen vegetables
- Microwave frozen brown rice
- Mix together with squirt of tahini sauce.
- Top with chopped protein, diced tomatoes, diced avocado, seeds or nuts, and egg.
- Top with Sriracha mayo and tahini sauce
