Ingredients

  • 4 salmon filets (1 lb total weight)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
  • 2 tsp cooking oil

Easy Baked Salmon

Time: 5 minutes prep, 10 minutes cook
Servings: 4
 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450° F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix all seasonings together.
  3. Place fish, skin-side down, in a lightly greased baking pan. Lightly brush with oil. Sprinkle seasoning mixture evenly over fish.
  4. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
