  • 4 slices bacon, cooked till crisp, liquid removed and crumbled (reserve 2 tbsp. drippings)
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 2 (1 lb.) cans pork and beans in tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard

Directions

  1. Cook onion in drippings till tender; add in to bacon. Add in beans, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and mustard; mix well. Bake uncovered in 1 1/2 qt casserole at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hrs. Serves 6.
