Easy Asian Pork Bundles

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Ground Pork
  • 1 1/2 t Soy Sauce
  • 1 1/2 t Sesame Oil
  • 1 t Ground Ginger
  • 1/8 t Pepper
  • 1 3/4 c Napa Cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1/3 c Chives, finely chopped
  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands! Flaky Layers Refrigerated Biscuits

Easy Asian Pork Bundles

Time: 25 minutes prep, 50 minutes cook
Servings: 16
 

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350*F
  2. Line a lg cookie sheet with parchment paper
  3. In a md bowl, mix pork, soy sauce, oil, ginger, and pepper
  4. Add cabbage and chives
  5. Mix till well blended
  6. Separate dough into 8 biscuits and divide each biscuit in to 2 equal halves (giving you 16 dough rounds)
  7. Slightly flatten dough rounds and spoon 1 rounded T of mix into center of each round
  8. Stretch biscuit dough up around ball of filing and pinch edges together at the top to form a bundle
  9. Place 1" apart on cookie sheet, seam side up
  10. Bake 16-22 min, or until golden brown
