Directions
- 1. Peel and slice apples in 11 x 13 inch baking pan.
- 2. Add in sugar and cinnamon.
- 3. Add in Jiffy cake mix by sprinkling over top.
- 4. Slice 1 stick butter and place over top. Squeeze lemon over top.
- 5. Bake at 350 degrees till golden. Serve with vanilla ice cream over top.
