Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese
  • 3/4 c. butter
  • 1 pound shredded crab meat
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms, minced and liquid removed
  • 2 Packages English muffins, lightly toasted, quartered

Directions

  1. Heat cheese and butter together over low heat. Stir in crab and mushrooms. Spoon onto muffins. Place under broiler till slightly browned.
