Ingredients
1/2 pound Velveeta cheese
3/4 c. butter
1 pound shredded crab meat
1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms, minced and liquid removed
2 Packages English muffins, lightly toasted, quartered
Directions
Heat cheese and butter together over low heat. Stir in crab and mushrooms. Spoon onto muffins. Place under broiler till slightly browned.
