Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 200 ml milk
  • 10 g sugar
  • Dumpling Skin

Directions

  1. Add two eggs in a bowl.
  2. Add the sugar.
  3. Use a whisk to mix it well.
  4. Add the milk.
  5. Mix the milk and egg evenly.
  6. Sift the mixture at least twice.
  7. Put the dumpling wrappers in a paper cup.
  8. Pour the egg mixture in.
  9. Put it into a preheated oven and bake it at 180 degrees for 18 minutes.
