Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 6 x Large eggs, (separate yolks and, whites)
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 2 can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 2 can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 2 ct heavy whipping creme
  • 4 x egg whites
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. water

Directions

  1. Cake: Beat Large eggs to a merengue. Add in egg yolk and continue beating. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix together well. Pour into a greased mold and bake at 350F for about 1/2 an hour. (
  2. Makes about 2 Cakes) Check cake since sometimes it is done a little sooner.
  3. Lowfat milk mix: Mix all together and pour over cake after cake has cooled.
  4. Frosting: Cook sugar and water till they become a syrup. Beat egg whites to a meringue. Slowly add in the syrup while still beating the egg whites. You must beat alot!
