Dulce de Leche Cake Frosting Recipe
This versatile frosting can top any kind of cake that goes well with caramel. Nestle produces canned dulce de leche in Chile, and it can be found in the US. Or, better yet, make your own.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soft butter
- 8 oz. soft cream cheese
- 3/4 cup dulce de leche
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2-3 cups powdered sugar
Directions
- Cream butter and cream cheese.
- Add other ingredients, mix, and add as much powdered sugar as you want for the desired consistency.
