Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 pound butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 4 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. minced walnuts
  • Extra sugar to roll cookies in

Directions

  1. Mix all of the above ingredients together. Roll by tsp. dough between palms of the hands. Form small rolls and then roll into extra sugar. Shape into crescents and place on an ungreased cookie baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min till golden.
