- 2 Tbsp. Pepper pwdr, (mild or possibly wild)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Paprika
Directions
- This is for sprinkling on spareribs or possibly pork shoulders before you barbecue them. Use heaping measures when you are mixing it and don't skimp when you use it. You can substitute lemon pepper for the dry lemon pwdr and black pepper-use about 3 Tbsp..
