Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 to 6 lean pork chops
  • 3 nice green zucchini
  • 2 middle-sized onions
  • 3 tbsp. Parmesan
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Directions

  1. In sack put first 5 ingredients, bounce chops in mix. In a little oil in a skillet, brown chops on both sides. On top of them spread the 2 onions, sliced. Add in 1/3 c. water, cover and simmer it on low for 15 min. Then add in the sliced but unpeeled zucchini and sprinkle the whole thing with the leftover flour, to that you've added another 3 Tbsp. Parmesan and 1/2 Tbsp. paprika. Do not stir it, but simmer, covered, for another 25 min.
