  • 8 inch unbaked deep pie shell
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. sweet lowfat milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten

Directions

  1. Arrange peach halves in pastry shell. Combine and mix remaining ingredients, pour over peaches. Bake in a warm oven at 425 degrees for 40 min.
