Dr. Oz's Protein Packed Cabbage Salad Recipe
A cabbage salad dinner is high in insoluble fiber, which can help eliminate waste and keep bowel movements regular.
Ingredients
- 2 cups purple cabbage
- 1 chicken breast, cooked
- 1 oz pumpkin seeds
- 1 orange
- 1 Cucumber (This is not part of Dr. Oz recipe)
- 3 tsp olive oil
Directions
- Chop chicken into strips or small pieces.
- Peel and Cut up the orange into bite size pieces
- Cut up the cucumber
- Mix all together
