Double Delicious Chocolate Orange Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 1/2 c. Flour, well sifted
- 3 c. Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Soda
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 c. Cocoa
- 1 1/2 c. Oil
- 3 c. Water
- 3 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh grated orange peel
Directions
- Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl. Add in liquid ingredients. Mix till well blended. Pour into three 8 inch round pans sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 30 min. Cold in pans 10 min, remove layers from pans and cold COMPLETELY. Spread filling between layers. Spread top and sides of the cake with Chocolate Orange Frosting. Garnish with oranges dipped in melted chocolate.
