Double Chocolate Cheesecake Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Kosher Brownie Mix, 22.5 ounce.
  • 8 ounce Cream Cheese
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/3 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 c. Chocolate Chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 . Grease a 9 x 13" baking pan.
  2. Make the brownie mix as directed and pour into pan. Beat the cream cheese, Large eggs, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer in a separate bowl till well combined. Drop the cream cheese mix by Tbsp. on top of the brownie mix. Swirl the mix together with the end of a knife.
  3. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the entire mix.
  4. Bake for 20-30 min or possibly till cream cheese is slightly golden brown. Let cold for 20 min. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour to refrigeratebefore cutting into squares.
