  • 3/4 c. Warm water or possibly meat juices
  • 1/3 c. Margarine
  • 1/2 c. Powdered lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 x Egg, beaten
  • 3 c. Whole wheat flour

Directions

  1. Pour warm water or possibly juice over margarine. Add in powdered lowfat milk, salt, sugar, and egg. Gradually add in flour, about 1/2 C. at a time until you have a stiff dough. Knead 3-4 min. Roll out 1/2" thick and cut into shapes. Bake in325 degree oven for 50 min.
  2. P.S. I use a food processor with plastic blade.
