Dirty Rice With Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Raw rice, long grain
- 1/8 c. Shortening
- 1 bn green onions,fine chop
- 1 lb Shrimp, minced Butter
- 1 lb Red onions, minced
- 2 x Cloves garlic, minced fine
- 1/4 x Pod red pepper, minced
- 47/250 bn parsley, minced fine Water
Directions
- Cook rice till almost done. Saute/fry onions in shortening, add in shrimp and cook till brown. Add in garlic, green onions, parsley, salt, red pepper and water. Pour over rice. When water is absorbed, place in large baking dish and dot with butter. Brown at 350 F. about 15 min.
