Diabetic Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. butter, softened
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar substitute
  • 2 teaspoon liquid sweetener or possibly 1/3 c. Sprinkle Sweet
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/3 c. flour
  • 3 tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk

Diabetic Dessert

Servings: 6
 

Directions

  1. Combine butter, brown sugar substitute, diabetic sweetener, and egg. Beat 2 min at high speed. Add in remaining ingredients and blend 2 min at low speed. Pour into 8 inch square pan and sprinkle with minced nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min. Frost with diabetic whip, if you like.
