Diabetic Date Nut Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. Diabetic Orange Marmalade
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 c. Shortening
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 x Egg
- 1 c. Minced Dates
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 c. Nuts
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together well. Drop by tsp. on greased sheets. Bake 8-10 min in a 350F preheated oven.
- Makes 36 cookies.
