Ingredients
- 2 pound top round steak
- 1 onion, cut into pcs
- 1 c. stewed tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 c. water
- Paprika and salt to taste

Deviled Round Steak

Directions
- Cut meat into serving size pcs and brown in a mix of flour, salt and pepper. Make a sauce of the above ingredients, pour over meat, cover, and simmer for at least 1 hour till meat is tender. Good served with rice or possibly potatoes. Serves 6.
